VSField is committed to making its website accessible and usable for as many people as possible. We want readers to compare products, technologies, formats, tools, services, and everyday choices without unnecessary barriers. Accessibility is not a one-time checkbox for us; it is part of keeping the website clear, readable, and practical.

Our Accessibility Commitment

VSField aims to provide a website experience that works for people with different abilities, devices, browsers, assistive technologies, and browsing preferences.

We want visitors to be able to read comparison articles, scan tables, use navigation, follow links, and contact us without confusion. A comparison page should be easy to understand, not a maze.

Accessibility Standard We Aim For

VSField aims to follow the general principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, commonly known as WCAG. These guidelines are developed by the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Accessibility Initiative and are widely used to improve web accessibility.

Where reasonably possible, we work toward alignment with WCAG 2.2 at the AA level. This does not mean every page is perfect or formally certified. It means we use WCAG as a practical reference for improving access, readability, structure, and usability.

What We Are Working to Support

VSField is designed to support common accessibility needs across content pages, comparison tables, policy pages, and navigation areas.

Our accessibility efforts may include:

  • Clear page structure with logical headings.
  • Readable text and simple language where possible.
  • Keyboard-friendly navigation.
  • Descriptive link text.
  • Accessible comparison tables with table headings.
  • Reasonable color contrast.
  • Responsive layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop users.
  • Support for browser zoom and text resizing.
  • Avoiding flashing, distracting, or unsafe visual effects.
  • Keeping pages understandable for screen reader users.

Readable Content

VSField publishes comparison content for a broad audience. We try to write in plain English, use short sections, and avoid unnecessary jargon. When technical terms are needed, we aim to explain them in context.

Readable content helps everyone. It is especially important for readers using screen readers, translation tools, mobile devices, small screens, or text zoom.

Headings and Page Structure

We try to use headings in a logical order so readers and assistive technologies can understand the structure of a page. Clear headings also help visitors scan a comparison quickly.

On VSField, headings should describe the section that follows. They should not be used only for visual styling.

Comparison Tables

Comparison tables are an important part of VSField. We aim to make tables easier to understand by using proper table headings, clear labels, and short entries where possible.

Tables should help readers compare options quickly. If a table becomes too crowded or confusing, we may revise it to improve clarity.

Keyboard Navigation

We aim for VSField pages to be usable with a keyboard. Visitors should be able to move through links, controls, and interactive elements without needing a mouse.

If you find an area that traps keyboard focus, skips important content, or is difficult to use without a mouse, please let us know.

Links and Navigation

Links should be understandable from their surrounding text. We try to avoid vague link text when clearer wording would help.

Navigation should be simple enough for readers to move between categories, articles, and policy pages without feeling lost. Clean navigation is good accessibility and good user experience at the same time.

Color and Contrast

VSField aims to use colors with enough contrast to keep text readable. Color should not be the only way important information is communicated.

If a comparison uses visual cues, we try to make sure the meaning is also clear through text or structure.

Text Resizing and Browser Zoom

Visitors should be able to use browser zoom or text resizing features without losing access to important content. Some layouts may change on smaller screens, but the content should remain readable and usable.

If text overlaps, buttons become hard to use, or tables break at high zoom levels, we may need to fix that page.

Images, Icons, and Media

VSField may use images, icons, or visual elements in some areas of the website. When these elements add meaning, we aim to provide suitable text alternatives.

Decorative images, if used, may be treated differently so they do not create unnecessary noise for screen reader users.

VSField does not rely on video or audio as the main way to deliver comparison content. If media features are added later, we will try to make them accessible where reasonably possible.

Forms and Contact Options

If VSField uses contact forms, search boxes, newsletter forms, or similar input areas in the future, we aim to make them understandable and usable with labels, clear instructions, and error messages where needed.

You can also contact us directly by email at support@vsfield.com.

Third-Party Content and Tools

VSField may use third-party services for advertising, analytics, security, hosting, embeds, affiliate links, or other website functions. These third-party tools may not always be fully controlled by VSField.

We try to choose common and reliable services, but some accessibility issues may come from third-party code, ads, widgets, or external pages. When you leave VSField through an external link, that website is controlled by its own owner and policies.

Advertising Accessibility

VSField may display advertisements from third-party advertising networks. Ads may be controlled by outside providers, and their design, wording, focus behavior, or interactive elements may not always be created by VSField.

We still want the website itself to remain easy to navigate. If an ad placement creates a serious usability or accessibility problem, you can report it to us.

Known Limitations

VSField is an active website, and accessibility improvements may continue over time. Some pages may not yet meet every accessibility goal. Older pages, third-party embeds, ad areas, comparison tables, or unusual browser/device combinations may create issues.

Known limitations may include:

  • Some third-party ads or external tools may not fully match our accessibility goals.
  • Large comparison tables may be harder to read on small screens.
  • Older content may need formatting updates.
  • Some external links may lead to websites with different accessibility standards.

We welcome clear reports about these issues so we can review them.

Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing process. VSField may update page templates, improve contrast, revise navigation, adjust tables, rewrite unclear content, or fix technical issues as the website grows.

Small improvements matter. A clearer heading, a better table label, or a cleaner mobile layout can make a real difference for readers.

Feedback and Accessibility Requests

If you have trouble using VSField, or if you notice an accessibility barrier, please contact us. We take accessibility feedback seriously and will review reasonable requests when possible.

Email: support@vsfield.com

To help us understand the issue, please include:

  • The page URL where the problem happened.
  • A short description of the issue.
  • The device and browser you used.
  • Any assistive technology you used, if you are comfortable sharing that information.
  • What you were trying to do when the issue occurred.

Alternative Access

If you cannot access certain content on VSField because of an accessibility issue, contact us by email. We may be able to provide the information in another reasonable format or clarify the content directly.

Please include the page URL and describe what you need. We will try to respond in a practical way, depending on the request and the nature of the content.

No Perfect Guarantee

VSField works to improve accessibility, but we cannot guarantee that every page, feature, third-party tool, browser combination, or assistive technology setup will work perfectly at all times.

Still, if something blocks access, we want to know. Clear feedback helps us fix real problems instead of guessing from a distance.
